RCO welcomes new members

Richmond Community Orchestra is dedicated to encouraging lifelong musicianship and appreciation of orchestral music in Richmond, Indiana.

Membership in the orchestra is free, and is open to musicians of all ages.

RCO is eagerly searching for members who play viola, cello, bassoon, and percussion.

RCO generally rehearses on Monday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in Goddard Auditorium, Carpenter Hall, at Earlham College. Weekly rehearsal location and time details are available on our Member Calendar page. Players interested in joining the orchestra are welcome to sit in during rehearsal. Richmond Community Orchestra's mission is to encourage lifelong musicianship and appreciation of orchestral music in Richmond, Indiana, and the surrounding area through regular practice and performance

Membership in the orchestra is free, and is open to musicians of all ages. The orchestra usually performs at least five free concerts a year, and occasionally performs extra concerts for special events or local organizations.

RCO is a non-profit organization made possible by the generous donations of members and supporters.
